Find the Country from a Point: Eastern Europe Quiz

A compact region with few easy coastlines

Eastern Europe is a smaller slice of the Europe map using Smurdy's fixed group list. The exact definition changes from source to source, but the quiz list does not.

Ukraine is hard to lose. Moldova is much easier once you know exactly what sits around it.

How the point map quiz works

A point appears somewhere on the map. Type the country that actually contains it. The round keeps going through all 10 countries.

Point mode works best on a map you already know pretty well. It exposes fuzzy boundaries quickly.

Tip: Points near borders are the nasty ones. Check which side of the border the dot is really on.

Poland, Ukraine and the Black Sea give you enough structure to place most of the rest.
